Cristina Harvey is the Founder of Competency First and a highly credentialed and experienced technology, assurance and enterprise professional with over 26 years of professional experience in delivering value-based outcomes nationally across WA, SA, VIC and QLD.

Cristina is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and certified technology and internal auditor (CIA, CISA and CRMA). These are complemented by certifications in Prosci change management, Prince2 Practitioner and ITIL 4 Foundation.

Cristina’s passion is to work with organizations to build and embed capability and controls that safeguard information and people, whilst maximizing growth and outcomes for communities.

Tenille brings over a decade of project management and business operations experience across both the public and private sectors. She is known for her ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured solutions, connecting the dots between strategy, people and delivery in ways that create real impact for clients and communities. Her strengths lie in stakeholder management and creative problem solving, and her favourite part of the work is bringing ideas to life.

Tenille has worked across multiple states (VIC, SA and WA) and calls Adelaide home, drawn in by the landscape, the phenomenal food and the ease of life the city offers. Outside of work, she’s most likely reading, writing or catching up with friends. We love her passion for skincare and wellbeing within our team.

Tenille’s philosophy is “Structure brings clarity.” 

Devyani is a certified consultant in ISO 27001, 27701, and 31000.  She excels at breaking down complex requirements into practical and secure strategies for clients. She is deeply passionate about the future of tech risk, continuously sharpening her skills through continuous learnings in information security, AI, risk, compliance, auditing, and governance.

Devyani holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering alongside a Master’s in Cybersecurity.

Outside of the world of cyber risk, Devyani is an avid mystery novel reader, a dedicated health and fitness enthusiast, and a proud rescue cat owner.  We love her positivity and enthusiasm in our delivery team.
