Who we are

Cristina Harvey is the Founder of Competency First and a highly credentialed and experienced technology, assurance and enterprise professional with over 25 years of professional experience in delivering value-based outcomes nationally across WA, SA, VIC and QLD.

Cristina is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and certified technology and internal auditor (CIA, CISA and CRMA). These are complemented by certifications in Prosci change management, Prince2 Practitioner and ITIL 4 Foundation.

Cristina’s passion is to work with organizations to build and embed competencies and controls that safeguard information and people, whilst maximizing growth and outcomes for communities.
